Key Responsibilities
Classroom Support & Leadership
Work closely with lead teachers to help create an engaging, welcoming classroom where children can safely learn, play, and grow.
Curriculum Engagement
Assist in delivering our Curriculum tailoring activities to meet the needs of infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.
Safety First
Maintain a nurturing, secure environment where safety and well-being are always the top priority.
Family Communication
Support regular updates to families, sharing progress and milestones through in-person conversations and our parent communication app.
Team Collaboration
Work hand-in-hand with fellow educators and leadership to support enrollment, retention, and overall center success.
Relationship Building
Foster strong, trusting relationships with families and coworkers, creating a warm, supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Early Childhood Education coursework preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous childcare experience or a passion for early education is preferred
• Must meet all state-specific qualifications, including background checks, immunizations, physicals, and health/safety training

Caregiving & Teaching Skills
• Strong judgment to recognize and respond to children’s needs and potential safety concerns
• Ability to assist with diapering, dressing, feeding, and general care
• Positive role model for communication and conflict resolution
• Skilled in keeping children active, engaged, and entertained through age-appropriate learning
• Calm, patient, and professional under all circumstances

Physical Requirements
This role requires physical energy, flexibility, and the ability to keep up with little ones all day long. You must be able to:
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Kneel, crouch, reach, climb, and stretch as needed
• Supervise by sight and sound at all times
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions (from 20°F to 95°F)
• Stay mentally and physically alert throughout the day
