Your Responsibilities
1. Classroom Leadership
Help create and lead a classroom environment where children feel safe, inspired, and excited to explore.
2. Curriculum Delivery
Bring our Curriculum to life in fun, developmentally appropriate ways tailored to infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.
3. Prioritize Safety
Maintain a secure, nurturing space where children can thrive emotionally and physically.
4. Family Partnerships
Communicate regularly with families—sharing milestones, updates, and support—using both our parent app and personal connections.
5. Team Collaboration
Work closely with teachers and leadership to support center goals, including enrollment, engagement, and retention.
6. Community Building
Foster genuine relationships with families, children, and coworkers to build a warm, inclusive school community.

What You’ll Need
• Education
High School Diploma or GED required; early childhood education coursework is a plus.
You must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience
Prior experience in childcare is preferred—especially in leadership roles. A genuine love for early education is essential.
• Compliance
Must meet all state and federal childcare requirements, including immunizations, health screenings, and required training.

• Ability to recognize and respond to children’s needs with care and good judgment
• Comfort with everyday caregiving duties (diapering, feeding, dressing, etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to keep children actively engaged in developmentally appropriate activities
• Calm, patient, and professional in all situations

Physical Requirements
This is an active, engaging role that requires energy and flexibility. You must be able to:
• Stand and move for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 40 pounds safely
• Bend, stretch, kneel, crouch, and use stools/ladders as needed
• Supervise children by sight and sound at all times
• Work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather (20°F to 95°F)
• Maintain awareness and energy throughout the day to ensure a safe and positive environment
